Data processing terms

These terms form the data processing agreement between Trade Sure and the company using the service.

The company is the controller for personal data it puts into Trade Sure. Trade Sure is the processor. Trade Sure processes that data only on the company's documented instructions, to provide and secure the service, and as required by law.

Trade Sure applies suitable technical and organisational safeguards, limits staff access, assists with data subject requests and security incidents, and deletes or returns data when the service ends subject to legal retention duties.

Trade Sure may use vetted sub-processors for hosting, communications and payments. Each sub-processor must protect data to an equivalent standard. The company authorises those sub-processors needed to provide enabled features.
