The company must keep its login details secure, use the service lawfully and check information before relying on it. The company owns its business data. Trade Sure may use that data only to provide, secure and support the service.

The service is supplied with reasonable care. Planned maintenance and urgent security work can affect availability. Charges, plan limits and cancellation terms shown during purchase form part of these terms.

The company must not use Trade Sure to harm others, break the law or interfere with the service. English law governs these terms.
