Storage and retention

Data is stored in the United Kingdom or under suitable transfer safeguards. Location history is kept for 90 days. Messages, chat transcripts and access audit records are normally kept for 24 months. AI usage records are normally kept for 12 months. Accounting records may be kept for six years.

Your rights

Ask the trade company you deal with to access, correct, restrict, export or erase your information. That company can use Trade Sure tools to answer the request. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner.
