Built by a trade business, not a software company
Trade Sure started inside St James Way, a gas and property maintenance business in London. We used the big job management apps and kept hitting the same walls: no WhatsApp, no Direct Debit, no gas safety records, and a price jump to the next tier every time we wanted one more thing.
So we built our own. Every screen was shaped by our own office, our own engineers and our own customers. When it worked for us, we made it work for other firms.
The team is in the UK and Mauritius. Support comes from the people who built the product and who still run a trade business with it every day.
