Here is what the office sees, what the engineer sees and what the customer sees. Nothing here is a mock-up of a plan. It is all in the app today.
Diary and smart scheduling
A week and day diary with a column per engineer. Drag a visit to move it. Each day shows the time still free after travel. Working patterns, time off and holidays shade the diary so nobody is booked when they are away. When you book, the app suggests the three best slots from skills, availability, the day's route and how urgent the job is. One click to take one.

Engineer app
A phone app that installs from the browser. Today's visits, directions and three big buttons: On route, Start and Finish. On route texts the customer an arrival window. Start and Finish clock the time that labour is billed on, using your own rules such as one hour minimum then every half hour. Photos, parts used, checklists, notes and the customer's signature all land on the job.

Quotes and invoices
Quotes from your own price list, with optional items the customer can tick. Approved quotes become jobs, jobs become invoices, in one click each. Three brochure layouts, your logo and colours, job photos and your reviews on the document. Sent by email or WhatsApp as a PDF. The AI assistant can draft a quote from the request for you to check first.

Customer page and payments
Every email and message carries a link to the customer's own page. No login. They approve the quote, ask for changes, confirm the visit, see the invoice and pay it. Pay by instant bank payment or set up a Direct Debit through GoCardless. Payments mark the invoice paid on their own.

Certificates
Gas safety records, warning notices, boiler service and commissioning records. EICR, Electrical Installation Certificate and Minor Works. Filled in on the phone during the visit, signed, numbered and sent as a PDF with the invoice. Your Gas Safe or NICEIC number appears once you have entered it. Renewal reminders go out before the next one is due.

WhatsApp and chatbot
Send quotes, invoices, reminders and on-our-way messages by WhatsApp through the official business API. Replies land in one Messages page. The chatbot sits on your website and WhatsApp: it answers from your own settings and price list, offers real slots, books the job and hands over to a person when it is not sure.

Map and routes
All work on a map, coloured by type: paid job, free assessment, quote visit, emergency. Live engineer pins while they are on route or on site. Best visit order per engineer per day. A free-assessment map shows requests not yet booked so you can slot them in next to paid work nearby.

Recurring work and care plans
Annual gas safety checks, maintenance contracts, repeat cleans. Set the pattern once and the jobs appear in the diary with reminders to the customer. Monthly care plans can be collected by Direct Debit so the money arrives before the visit.
