AI, WhatsApp and SMS are charged at cost plus a small margin, on your monthly invoice. Chatbot AI use is included in the Chatbot module price.

Do I need a card to start?
No. Sign up with your company name and email. We ask for a card or a billing contact only when the trial ends and you choose a plan.
What happens to my data if I do not buy?
It waits. Nothing is deleted when a trial ends. Sign in later, choose a plan and everything is there. You can also ask us to delete the company and we will, after a seven-day cooling off period.
Can I switch modules on and off?
Yes, any time, from Billing in your company settings. A module switched on is charged from that month. A module switched off stops from the next month.
How are extra logins counted?
Every active login above the included one costs the extra login price. Disable a login and it stops counting. Engineers and office staff count the same.
Is VAT included?
Prices are shown excluding VAT. VAT at 20% is added on the invoice and the receipt shows it.
Do you take a cut of my customers' payments?
No. GoCardless charges its own fee per payment and that goes to GoCardless. We do not add a percentage.
Can we pay by invoice instead of card?
Yes. Choose 'invoice us' when the trial ends and we will send a monthly invoice.
Is there a contract?
Monthly. Cancel from Billing and the plan ends at the end of the paid month.
