Forms builder module
Booking forms, request forms and job checklists
Build a form, embed it on your website, and the answers land on a request. Build a checklist and the engineer cannot finish the visit until it is done.
£9/month per company, ex VAT, on top of Core (£29/month). Free for 30 days.
What it does
- Drag and drop fields, photos, signatures, required rules
- Embed code for any website
- Checklists per job type, with photos
- Answers stored on the request or the visit
